The Amazing Packaging Race

The Amazing Packaging Race gives students firsthand experience with the exciting possibilities of a career in the packaging and processing industry. Teams from colleges, trade schools and universities across the U.S. race around the PACK EXPO Las Vegas show floor to complete tasks or solve problems at the booths of participating exhibitors. Student registration to open summer 2023.

CareerLink LIVE is an opportunity for PMMI, CPA and IoPP members – and Consumer Packaged Goods companies – to connect with students pursuing careers in packaging at PACK EXPO Las Vegas.

Future Innovators Robotics Showcase

This show floor feature showcases the work of regional high school robotics teams as part of PMMI’s efforts to encourage a new generation of packaging professionals. PACK EXPO Las Vegas attendees are encouraged to stop by and see the robots these promising young students built, watch their demonstrations, ask questions and talk with them about your career and industry.

Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network

PMMI’s Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network (PPWLN) is devoted to attracting the next generation of women to the incredible opportunities in packaging and processing.

PPWLN is inviting female students attending PACK EXPO Las Vegas to join their peers for the PPWLN Breakfast during the show. Following the breakfast, attendees will participate in a private show floor tour and Q&A with Lisa Propati, Vice President & General Manager of Weiler Labeling Systems, a division of ProMach, and Co-chair of PPWLN, as well as other female packaging executives.
