Exhibitor Service Manual

PACK EXPO Services (PES) is the official contractor for the show. Place your order for items or services in the Exhibitor Service Manual before Monday, August 18, 2025 to take advantage of the advanced ordering discount. Requests received after August 18, 2025, or requests that are missing required utility layouts, will be charged at the standard rate. Rules and Regulations

The Rules and Regulations contain important information that is critical for all exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors to know. Specific Rules and Regulations apply to each booth type, including line of sight setbacks and height restrictions. Be sure to familiarize yourself in advance of planning your booth to ensure a smooth experience onsite!

Hotel Reservations

The official hotel reservation office, Expovision, is now accepting reservations. Visit the Exhibitor Resource Center to access the online reservation system and book your room today. Act quick to secure rooms at your preferred hotel!

Please be aware that PMMI and PACK EXPO do not have any affiliation with room brokers other than Expovision. For questions regarding reservations, please call 866-523-0877 or email packexpohotels@expovision.com.

Exhibitor Registration

Register your exhibitors today in the Exhibitor Resource Center! Exhibiting companies receive free exhibitor badges until August 29, 2025. Afterwards, there will be a $15 fee per badge. Badges are mailed via USPS.

Exhibitors also have the option to purchase tickets for PACK gives BACK, Monorail, and additional conferences. The same QR code for registration can be used to access each of the add-on services when purchased through the ERC.

Target Move-In/Move-Out

Each exhibitor has been assigned target dates and time slots for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Drayage/Material Handling (moving items between your truck at the dock and your booth) is included in your space rate provided your truck arrives by your assigned date and time.

If your company cannot adhere to the scheduled inbound and/or outbound target dates and check-in times assigned, you may request a Target Change from PACK EXPO Services(PES). The deadline for requests is Monday, August 18, 2025. Please note requests are not guaranteed.

Shipping

There are two options for shipping your booth materials: to the Advance Warehouse or directly to the show site (included in your drayage package).

By shipping your materials to the Advance Warehouse, you will ensure your packages will be delivered to your booth prior to your assigned target move-in time. You will also receive notification when your freight arrives at the warehouse. Additional rates will apply. For more information, please refer to Advance Warehouse Shipping Information.

When shipping your materials directly to the show site, you will need to select your own shipping company to drive your materials. Before arriving at the Convention Center, all drivers will need to stop by the Marshalling Yard and produce a Bill of Lading or delivery receipt. Once a driver has checked in, they will be advised when to proceed to their designated area. Please also refer to Marshalling Yard Shipping Information for more details.

Material handling (drayage) is included in your space rate whether you choose to ship to the Advance Warehouse or ship directly to the site. Drayage is the process of receiving your materials or equipment either at the advance warehouse before the show or at show site. The service includes delivering to your booth, removing empty containers for storage during the show, returning the empty containers to your booth after the show, delivering your materials back to the dock, and loading on your outbound carrier for outbound shipping. Onsite Amenities

Exhibitor Lounges – We will provide lounges in S-223 (South Hall) and W-219 (West Hall) for exhibitors to unwind and recharge, take calls, and connect with other exhibitors onsite.

Lunchrooms – Running short on time? Skip the long lines by visiting the exclusive exhibitor lunchrooms in S-228 and W-223. We’ll have food and drinks for purchase and a place to sit down and unwind while connecting with your colleagues.
