Insurance Information

Exhibiting companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance to PMMI that meet the insurance coverage requirements. Send required certificate of insurance to expo@pmmi.orgIf your company does not have liability insurance, you have the option to purchase coverage through the Baldwin Group for a special rate of $65 plus tax.

Exhibition & Transit Property Insurance 

Exhibition & Transit Insurance coverage protects valuable goods and materials while they are in transit or on display at exhibitions or trade shows. Valuable goods and goods can include merchandise, prototypes, fixtures and fittings, equipment, awards, salesperson samples, spare parts, supplies, promotional literature and audio & visual presentation equipment. Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration

Exhibitors who choose to utilize an EAC and/or any third-party independent contractor or subcontractor must complete the EAC Registration process by August 18, 2025. Exhibitors must complete the EAC Registration Form. EACs may not register themselves.
