Exhibiting companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance to PMMI. Send required certificate of insurance to expo@pmmi.org. If your company does not have liability insurance, you have the option to purchase coverage through the Baldwin Group for a special rate of $65 plus tax.
Exhibitors who choose to utilize an EAC and/or any third-party independent contractor or subcontractor must complete the EAC Registration process by August 18, 2025. EACs may not register themselves.
