POV Information

In the event that you are using a Personally Operated Vehicle to transport your exhibit material in or out of the Las Vegas Convention Center, you will need to follow these instructions. A POV is defined as a passenger car, pickup truck, or van. Flatbeds 15’ or longer, U-Haul’s, or other box trucks and vans are not considered POVs.

All POVs must check into the marshalling yard located at:

MOVE-IN

• Look for signs stating “POV Check-In” and follow the instruction given to you by the traffic manager. Once parked you will proceed to the marshalling office where you will be given a window card and directions to proceed to the designated POV unloading area for your booth at the convention center.
• Once you have arrived at the Las Vegas Convention Center, look for additional signage stating “POV unloading.”
• Park your vehicle in the designated area and follow the instructions of the traffic manager. If you need help unloading your freight, you may request assistance at this location.
• Once unloaded you will need to remove your vehicle from the POV unloading area.

MOVE-OUT

• You will need to complete a Material Handling Agreement (MHA) and specify POV as the carrier. Once you are packed up and ready to move your freight, return the MHA to the Exhibitor Service Center in your hall. Once turned in, you will be given a window card and directions on where to park your vehicle for loading.
• Park your vehicle in the designated area and follow the instructions of the traffic manager. If you need help loading your freight, you may request assistance at this location.
