Instructions for checking in your Personal Operated Vehicle
All Bills of Landing (BOL) must contain this information before they can be accepted for driver check-in. Certified weight tickets will be required.
Submit this form by August 18, 2025 to request a change to your company’s target move-in or move-out date. There are no guarantees for target change times. All requests will be considered, and PACK EXPO Services will respond to the exhibitor with any updates.
Each outbound shipment must have a completed Material Handling Agreement (MHA) in order to ship materials from the show. Complete the Material Handling Agreement form through the Exhibitor Resource Center under the "Order Booth Services" tile.
