LED/Video Wall Information
Please review the following information before ordering an LED wall or monitor:
- LED Walls are large-scale displays made up of many smaller LED panels tiled together and can be customized to virtually any size or shape. LED Walls require an engineering stamp.
- LED Monitors or standard computer or television monitor that uses LED backlighting for a single LED panel that can be mounted to a wall. LED Monitors do not require an engineering stamp.
If you need to place a current order for an LED wall or any rigging services, please order the Intent to have an LED / Video Display in your booth and kindly provided the needed information below.
LED Wall Order
Please provide:
Drawings
- PDF, rendering, and stamp showing:
- Dimensions of structure and LED wall (height, width, depth)
- Building materials of structure
- Weight of LED wall
- LED wall back bracing, ballasting, and tie-iffs (tie-offs if needed)
Labor
- Production Schedule
- Crew counts with dates, times, length of day, and end-of-day goals
Notes:
- US engineer's stamp required for approval, per PACK EXPO Services policy
- Safety assessment will be applied for booths without a stamp at a feel build may not be approved
- LED wall back bracing with ballast required for approval, per ANSI E1.21-2013 standard
- No stamp is needed for flown LED walls if manufacturer specifications are provided
- No stamp is needed for ground support LED walls with serially manufactured back braces that meet specified requirements
Labor
- Exhibitors may install and operate their own systems when less than 20 amps and not suspended from the ceiling
- PACK EXPO Services is the exclusive labor provider for LED walls when plugged into more than one 20-amp circuit
- All labor billed at a 4-hour minimum
- LED wall systems plugged into more than one 20-amp circuit will be billed on/offs, per the kit (4 hours each show day)
