IBIE Freight Transfer

Are you exhibiting at both IBIE 2025 and PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025? If so, PACK EXPO Services has put together a package to help assist you with the movement of your freight between shows.

In order to take advantage of this service, please complete the questionnaire by August 18th, 2025.

‍

PACK EXPO Services will not be able to assist you with the transport of your freight from IBIE 2025 to PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 if you do not complete the questionnaire and return it by the deadline.

Note that there will be a fee for moving your freight from IBIE 2025 to PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025. Please arrange outbound shipping for any pieces you do not plan to utilize during PACK EXPO Las Vegas.

Charges will be calculated on the outbound weight of your freight from IBIE based on the weight provided on your IBIE 2025 MHA. Total cost will be $0.25 per pound transferred with a $250.00 minimum charge.

Machinery transferring to PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 must be skidded and crated the same way it arrived for IBIE 2025 even if you are exhibiting in the same hall. We will not accept any machinery that is not on a skid or in a crate. All hanging signs must be clearly labelled with official PACK EXPO Services Hanging Sign Labels.

Exhibit freight must be packed and ready for transportation to PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 as noted in the move out instructions

listed for IBIE 2025.

PACK EXPO Services Direct shipping labels are required for your freight. If you have a hanging sign, you will need to use PACK EXPO Services Hanging Sign shipping labels to keep it separate from your freight.

In addition, you will need to note PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 as your destination on your Outbound Material Handling Agreement at IBIE.

‍

Hanging sign materials will be transferred to PACK EXPO Las Vegas as soon as possible, regardless of your inbound target date.
