All Hanging Sign paperwork must be submitted to PACK EXPO Services for approval by August 4, 2025. The Structural Integrity Statement and the Hanging Sign Information forms must be completed online in order to have your hanging sign approved.
PACK EXPO Services can accept art created with ADOBE Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Final approval of graphic proof must be received by the deadline date or expedite fees will apply.
All hanging signs must be sent to the Advance Warehouse and must arrive by September 12, 2025.
Any logo or graphics facing a neighboring exhibit (including a neighbor behind you) must be set back at least 10’ from the adjacent booth(s). Use the following graphics guidelines for preparing your artwork.
