Las Vegas as well as show producer, PMMI are looking forward to welcoming you back.  As we work towards bringing the industry together again in 2021, our top priority is the health and safety of all those at our event.

In addition to following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and all federal, state and local directives, PMMI is actively working with other trade show industry leaders to put thorough and up-to-date protocols in place for a safe and successful event this September.   The health and safety of our show participants is our #1 priority.  Keep informed of our plans by visiting our health and safety page which contains a wealth of information and will be updated as new protocols become available.  

Las Vegas

Learn how Las Vegas is planning to welcome you back to their city safely.  The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) has launched the citywide Vegas Smart campaign to encourage visitors to stay smart and stay healthy while enjoying the destination.


Each of the hotels in the official event hotel block have launched stringent practices that follow guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Nevada Governor and the city of Las Vegas.  Expovision, The Hotel Reservation Office for PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO, has compiled the latest information on all of the participating hotels' cleaning and safety protocols.

Las Vegas Tops the List of Most Desired Business Travel Destinations for 2021

A strong majority of business travelers (74%) are confident that Las Vegas will be prepared to safely host in-person conferences, conventions and trade shows, when considering the second half of 2021, according to a recent survey commissioned by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).
