- What are the show dates and exhibit hours?
Monday, September 27, 2021: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday, September 28, 2021: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2021: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- How can I book a room at one of the event’s official hotels?
Once the system opens in Fall 2020, you will be able to book online through the PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO Hotel Reservation Office (Expovision). You’ll get the lowest rates for show dates and peace of mind knowing your reservation is guaranteed. Please beware of third-party hotel broker scams that may demand pre-payment and then oversell rooms. Expovision requires a credit card guarantee or a check deposit, but no deposits are charged at the time of booking.

- Will there be shuttle bus service from the hotels to the convention center?
Yes. Complimentary shuttle bus service will run between official hotels and the convention center during the morning and afternoon hours around the show’s opening and closing.
- How can I become an exhibitor at PACK EXPO Las Vegas or Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2021?
Submit your application online. Booth selection will begin in late 2020. The exact timing is still being determined. We will reach out to all applicants once a date is solidified.
- What is the cost per square foot to exhibit?
The base rate is $31.25 per square foot. PMMI member space rates vary. If you are a PMMI Member and would like to know your space rate, please call 571-612-3200.
Drayage/material handling is included in your space rate provided your shipment/truck checks in at the Las Vegas Convention Center by 2:00 pm on your assigned target move-in date. See the Rules & Regulations and the Exhibitor Service Manual (available by May 2021) for additional information and special assessment pricing.
- What is drayage?
Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, etc., off the exhibitor’s truck at the dock to the exhibitor’s booth and back to the dock to be loaded back onto the truck. This is included in the price of the exhibitor’s booth space.
- What is the payment schedule for booth space?
A nonrefundable 25% deposit should accompany your Exhibit Space Application. An additional 50% of the total booth price will be due by March 22, 2021. The final 25% will be due by May 24, 2021. Full payment is due with the space application for any booths booked after May 24, 2021.

- How can I improve my priority point standing?
Each exhibitor is assigned a priority point for space selection. PACK EXPO Las Vegas, PACK EXPO International, Healthcare Packaging EXPO, ProFood Tech and PACK EXPO East hold separate priority standings. By exhibiting continuously, and those ahead of you in priority not exhibiting, an exhibitor begins to move up the priority point system. Choosing not to exhibit at PACK EXPO International, ProFood Tech or PACK EXPO East does not affect your PACK EXPO Las Vegas priority.
- What are the height regulations?
Booths under 599 sq. ft. are allowed a maximum height of 12’ for all display material including logos and graphics. Hanging signs are NOT permitted. Booths 600 - 1,499 sq. ft. are allowed a maximum height of 14’ for all display material including logos, graphics and hanging signs, and booths 1,500 sq. ft. and over are allowed a maximum height of 18’ for all display material including logos, graphics and hanging signs. All display material and machinery must be set back at least 1’ from all aisles.

- Can I change my target move-in date?
Move-in/Move-out dates are determined based upon your location. (Your Show Contact will be notified when these dates are decided.) You can request a change to your target dates by emailing Jim Roche at [email protected].
- How many complimentary booth personnel badges do we receive?
Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary booth personnel badge for every 75 sq. ft. of contracted space or fraction thereof, e.g., 100 sq. ft. = 2 badges, 200 sq. ft. = 3 badges, etc.
- What is my Exhibitor Dashboard login ID?
The Show Contact for your company will receive an email with an ID and a password to log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard. If you have not received this password or are having trouble logging in, please have the Show Contact call the PMMI Show Department at 571-612-3200 or email [email protected]. Passwords can only be given out to the Show Contact on file.
- How do I populate my company information for inclusion in the online directory?
Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard. The online Exhibitor Search is the directory for the show. As an exhibitor, you are automatically included in the online directory (Exhibitor Search) and the printed Show Guide. The PACK EXPO Las Vegas/Healthcare Packaging EXPO Show Guide lists only exhibiting company names and booth numbers. All other information you wish to convey to attendees about your company should be in your online company profile.
Login information will be sent to the Exhibitor (Show) Contact. Once you have received the ID and password, you can log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and begin populating your company description, vertical markets, product categories and more.

- What is the cancellation policy?
Your 25% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. For cancellations received after the March 22, 2021 payment deadline and prior to the May 24, 2021 deadline, the exhibitor will forfeit any monies paid to date, up to 75% of the total booth price. Any cancellations received after the final payment deadline (March 22, 2021) will forfeit 100% or all monies paid to date. For details, see the Rules & Regulations.
- Who is the official service contractor for PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO?
The official move-in/move-out and freight services contractor for PACK EXPO Las Vegas is PACK EXPO Services. More information will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual which will be available in May 2021.

- How much does registration cost?
Badge registration is $30 through Friday, September 3, 2021 and $100 after. Registration includes access to both PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO as well as to free educational sessions taking place in venues on both show floors.
- Can spouses attend the show?
Yes, spouses can attend the show free of charge.
